Night Auditor (Full-Time)

The Admiral Hotel – Mobile, AL Pay: $17.00 / hour

Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM (Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays)

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Night Auditor to guide our overnight operations, act as the Manager on Duty, and ensure our guests experience brilliant hospitality from dusk till dawn.

What You’ll Do:

• Balance the Books: Audit, post, and reconcile daily financial transactions, room fees, taxes, and outlet revenue with absolute precision.

• Lead the Night: Act as the overnight Manager on Duty, overseeing overnight staff (housekeeping/maintenance) and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

• Dazzle Our Guests: Provide warm, upscale front desk service—handling late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests with flair.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of hotel front desk or guest service experience (preferred).

• Strong basic math, technical, and problem-solving skills (experience with Opera PMS or Micros POS is a plus).

• An eye for detail and a collaborative team spirit.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
