Koko's on the Pier at Folly Beach is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a talented team, and deliver exceptional hospitality in a fun, fast-paced beachfront setting.

LOCATION: 1 Arctic Avenue Folly Beach, SC

SALARY: $70,000.00/Per Year (with annual bonus opportunities)

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations and guest service
• Hire, train, coach, and supervise staff
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
• Ensure food quality, safety, and service standards
• Resolve guest concerns and support team performance
• Monitor budgets, P&L, and operational costs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of restaurant experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and P&L management
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
