Position: Server Assistant (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Pay: $10.00/hour + tip outs

The Role: Setting the Stage for Excellence

As a Server Assistant, you are the crucial link between the front of house and the kitchen, ensuring our 60-seat, dinner-only restaurant runs seamlessly. You will:

  • Anticipate guest and server needs to consistently deliver a quality, fine-dining experience.

  • Clear, clean, and meticulously reset tables for arriving guests.

  • Serve food and polish/refill beverages with speed, accuracy, and grace.

  • Prepare and maintain pristine, organized food stations.

  • Handle guest needs with a polite, engaging, and professional demeanor.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Age & Credentials: Must be 19 or older with a valid Mobile County Health Dept. Beverage/Food Handler's card.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Hospitality experience is preferred; knowledge of upscale restaurant operations and POS systems (Micros, Aloha) or reservation software (OpenTable, Resy) is a plus.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Schedule: Open flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Physical: Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift and safely lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs.
