We are Charleston’s first-ever hotel dedicated to the arts, and our award-winning, legendary Rooftop bar is looking for a high-energy Server Assistant to join the show. We’re here to shake things up, challenge the mundane, and make sure every guest leaves thinking, "damn, that was good fun." Think you can match our moxie? Let’s talk.

The Gig

As a Rooftop Server Assistant, you are the ultimate floor orchestrator. Your job is to keep the energy flowing and the space immaculate by supporting our servers, bartenders, and guests.

• Own the Floor: Keep a sharp eye on tables—spotting what’s clean, dirty, or occupied.
• The Assist: Run food, refill drinks, and keep the ice, cups, and condiments fully stocked.
• Flip it Fast: Clear and reset tables with speed and showmanship.
• Keep it Beautiful: Maintain the pristine, upscale-yet-carefree vibe of the entire rooftop space (upstairs and down).

What You Bring

• The Attitude: A relentless drive, a positive outlook, and zero fear of taking initiative.
• Cool Under Pressure: The rooftop gets busy, but you stay calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 1 year of food & beverage experience is preferred, but your work ethic matters most.
• The Basics: High school equivalent or training that proves you’ve got the skills. Ability to read, speak, and communicate well with the team. Must be able to stand/walk for your shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
