The Role

As the Guest Services Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of the Front Desk. You’ll lead by example—ensuring every guest receives a smile, eye contact, and personal engagement while overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Team: Manage Guest Service Representatives and Night Auditors; assist in creating schedules and leading monthly trainings.

  • Elevate the Stay: Review arrivals for special requests, manage room inventory, and act as a local expert on Mobile’s best amenities.

  • Own the Experience: Respond to guest reviews, resolve concerns with grace, and maintain seamless communication across departments.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain PCI & GDI compliance, manage supply levels, and act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed.


Who You Are

  • Experienced: 2+ years of Guest Service leadership in a full-service, luxury, or boutique hotel environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Drive; experience with Opera, Micros, and/or SafLok is a plus.

  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things that turn a good stay into a great one.

  • Flexible: Ready to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support the house.

  • Physical: Comfortable standing for the duration of a shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
