Summary:
The Painter / Preventive Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s appearance and basic upkeep. This includes painting, drywall repair, wallpaper/vinyl work, furniture touch-ups, and general preventative maintenance across guest rooms and public areas. The role supports the Engineering team and helps ensure the property stays clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

• 6+ months maintenance experience (2+ years preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to paint, patch drywall, and perform cosmetic repairs
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical work (standing, climbing ladders, bending)
• Must be comfortable working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions
