Salary: $20.00 - $22/hr + $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 3 months of service & $250 after 6 months!)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepares and cooks food items for restaurant and room service operations by following recipes and kitchen standards. Responsibilities include food prep, cooking, portion control, cleaning workstations, maintaining sanitation, and supporting daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 1 year kitchen/prep experience or culinary school preferred
• Ability to grill, fry, sauté, chop, and prep food safely
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Must stand for long periods and lift/move kitchen equipment as needed
• Able to work around heat, sharp tools, and kitchen machinery
