Your Role: The ACE

You aren't just an assistant; you are the curator of the guest's entire journey. As an ACE, you provide high-touch, personalized service that ensures every guest feels like a VIP. You’re the one who anticipates needs before they’re spoken and adds that extra bit of "surprise and delight" to every stay.

What You’ll Do

• Host the Arrival: Assist with luggage and meticulously prepare rooms—adjusting the temperature and arranging amenities—to ensure a perfect first impression.
• Curate the Stay: Act as a personal connection for guests, handling everything from in-room dining to setting up stunning food and beverage displays.
• Master of Detail: Provide evening turndown service and handle any guest concerns with professional, artistic problem-solving.
• Artistic Flair: Assist with installing or de-installing our ever-changing art collection.

Who You Are

• Polished & Proactive: You have a "team player" mentality and the drive to take initiative without being asked.
• An Insider: You’re familiar with Charleston’s best and can communicate the value of both our art and our amenities.
• Experienced: You have 2+ years in a guest-facing role and a high school diploma (hospitality or art degrees are a major plus!).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using iPads and systems like Opera and Micros to keep things running smoothly.

Logistics

• Location: 19 Vendue Range—steps from Waterfront Park and the City Market.
• Environment: Must be able to stand/walk for shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
