We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Maintenance Tech II who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re the go-to person for fixing, troubleshooting, and figuring things out, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do:
Keep the hotel in top shape—handling everything from electrical and plumbing fixes to HVAC, repairs, and general upkeep. No two days are the same, and your work keeps the entire operation moving.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience in maintenance (3+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Must be able to work in hot, humid, climate indoors and outdoors up to 100+ degrees
• Must be able to work in a cold environment indoors and outdoors at 32 degrees or less
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work on foot for extended periods of time, up to the duration of shift.
• Must be able to climb ladders, stoop, crouch, and kneel to address misc. maintenance tasks.

Schedule: Schedules may vary based on operational needs and typically range from days, evenings, nights, and/or holidays.
